\ES-inventory

Neither permanent or annual inventory, will bring you can forget the exasperating paper chaos with inventory lists in the future. With ES-Inventory, a scanner and a barcode of your products you are able to do your inventory quickly, safely and easily. Based on GuiXT Mobile, GuiXT and Input Assistant we have developed a solution which is applicable within minutes and which gets along without any modifications of SAP R/3 standards.

Regarding the process: the inventory document is created in SAP R/3 as usual, with all available options of the standard. The counting of stock is then done by using ES-Inventory. After entering the inventory document number you go to count dynpro. After scanning the material number follows a check if the material master data are maintained and if it is allowed for counting in the inventory document. If this check is successful, the counting of this inventory position will be finished by the entering of the counted quantity and a dynpro for the next material will be opened. It does not matter here at which position of the inventory document the material is located, ES-Inventory finds the correct inventory position automatically.
